A Romantic Couple Session

My sister married her husband Jayden back in May 2014 where they moved up to New Mexico. I've been up to New Mexico 3 times since then and I love the area! The sun is almost always shinning, and the colors are to die for! This past winter we starting planning our little family reunion and my parents offered to fly us out to New Mexico if we were available. So of course we took them up on it!
We flew down to Carlsbad for Christmas and my parents and grandparents were there as well. The week was full of great family time, and a couple awesome shoots with my gorgeous sister.
I asked if I could do a couple session with her and Jayden and thankfully she agreed. We drove down the road less than 5 miles from their house to the Flumes. This location was nothing I would have picked out originally, but it ended up being one of my favorite locations I've shot at now.
Jodi and Jayden are the definition of a romantic and adventurous couple, which is what I specialize in! They had powerful emotion to show in each images and gave me one of the most romantic kisses I've ever seen. I loved getting these absolutely dreamy shots.
Loving this one!
Jodi is gorgeous!

My absolute favorite from the entire session!!!
This black and white is definitely a favorite as well.

Styled Shoot

Michelle and Logan announced they were hosting a styled shoot back in December, and I knew I had to go. I have loved Michelle and Logan's style since I found them, and when I met Michelle, I knew she would put together something beyond awesome.
When I arrived to meet everyone, I about died when I saw the models. Annie and Bailey were absolutely stunning! After seeing how Jordan and Mandi worked in person, and how the final look came out, I cannot recommend anyone better for hair and make-up! Seriously, get ahold of these two.
We headed out to the location and everything was beautifully set up and I could not have dreamt of anything better. Michelle and Logan did an amazing job tying everything together and making it a photographer's playground.
Thank you again to Michelle and Logan for hosting such an amazing shoot, and to all the vendors who helped put it together!

Courtney + Ben

Courtney is my awesome cousin, and when she announced she was going to BYU-Idaho, I was stoked for a couple reason. One, BYU-Idaho is an amazing school and two, she'd be close to us and other family as well.
My husband and I took a trip to Colorado for this Thanksgiving and Courtney actually tagged along with us! Jacob and I started asking some questions about college life and Ben came up. We started asking for more details, and Courtney would always giggle with each answer. So I didn't know if it was just us, but once other family asked about Ben, she still giggled!
About a month and a half later Courtney and Ben got Engaged. Courtney and I started talking about locations and I bounced off the idea of a greenhouse Engagement session, which was always a dream of mine, and Courtney agreed! :)
We met up at the Greenhouse for the session last Friday and where I met Ben. The very first moment I put Courtney and Ben together in the area I wanted, they both started laughing and giggling. These two could not keep straight faces! I've met giddy and lovey-dovey couples, but Ben and Courtney trump all! They giggled for the entire session which made capturing their love pretty easy.
Thank you Courtney and Ben for going through JayCee Photography. I had a blast working with you. Never lose that giddiness. :)

All the heart eyes for this ring.
I am in love with this shot. There's something about small details like these.
Just the way they look at each other is absolutely perfect.
I love this full view of the greenhouse!
One of my absolute favorites from the entire session. :)
